1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 20bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 20bd website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting services, and all associated features available at 20bd.club ("the Service"). By accessing the 20bd platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 20bd platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the 20bd platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 20bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to the 20bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 18+ Any attempt to register, access, or use the 20bd platform by a person under the age of 18 is a violation of these Terms and is strictly prohibited. 20bd will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of players during registration and at the point of withdrawal, including requesting valid government-issued identification documents.

If 20bd determines at any time that a player account was created by or for a person under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all associated balances and pending winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment source following verification. 20bd may also report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 20bd platform is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for determining whether their access and use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. 20bd does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming services are explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the 20bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 20bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any balances or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of 20bd services — including deposits, casino games, cricket betting, and withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

20bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of registration information. This may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, permit any other person to access your account, or use any other player's account. 20bd recommends that all players use a strong, unique password for their 20bd account and enable any available two-factor authentication features.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 20bd immediately at [email protected]. 20bd will investigate suspected unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. 20bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information accurate and current. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Outdated account information that causes delays in withdrawal processing, failed communications, or identity verification failures is your responsibility and does not constitute a service failure on the part of 20bd.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

20bd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay (United Commercial Bank), SureCash, and Tap. Players may only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds pending verification.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on 20bd is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by 20bd at the platform level; however, the transaction limits imposed by your chosen MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) will apply and are outside 20bd's control. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the account cashier section.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed by the 20bd payments team within an average of 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required. 20bd does not apply processing fees on withdrawals via local MFS channels; the full requested withdrawal amount will be credited to your nominated mobile wallet.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification must do so before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID. 20bd reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at its discretion.

4.4 Deposit Ownership and Anti-Money Laundering

All funds deposited to 20bd must originate from a payment source that you own and that has been funded through lawful means. 20bd has a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where legally required. 20bd reserves the right to hold funds, suspend accounts, and request detailed source-of-funds documentation where unusual deposit patterns are detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility and General Terms

20bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload deposit bonuses, cashback offers on net losses, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and ICC events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 20bd account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and time limits will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus offer. 20bd does not permit the withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived solely from bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — is strictly prohibited. Where 20bd reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from it, and to close the player's account without notice.

5.4 Promotion Modifications and Withdrawal

20bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an active promotion will be communicated as promptly as possible. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively progressing through a wagering requirement, 20bd will honour the completion of that specific promotion cycle under the original terms where reasonable to do so.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using the 20bd platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the 20bd platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's servers or networks, or interfere with any other player's use and enjoyment of the service.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 20bd platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity information.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using the account of another player or permitting another person to use your account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors in betting markets. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that 20bd reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
• Attempting to manipulate cricket or sports outcomes in connection with bets placed on the 20bd platform.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at 20bd staff or other platform users.

6.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that 20bd is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the platform. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on your 20bd account — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage. 7 Game Rules & Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game available on the 20bd platform — including slots, live dealer tables, instant games, and specialty titles — is governed by the rules of the specific game as defined by its licensed provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before playing. Game rules are accessible within the game interface. 20bd does not modify the core rules of any licensed game and is not responsible for any player misunderstanding of those rules.

7.2 Sports Betting and Cricket Betting Rules

All sports and cricket bets placed on the 20bd platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant market at the time the bet is accepted. Bets are final once confirmed and shown in your account bet history. 20bd reserves the right to void bets where: (a) the bet was placed on a market that contained a manifest pricing error; (b) the event on which the bet was placed is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or other integrity violations; (c) the bet was placed after the official start time of the relevant event despite appearing as pre-match due to a technical error.

For cricket betting, where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or has its result determined under a revised target method (such as DLS in limited-overs matches), settled markets will follow the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). 20bd's cricket betting rules for individual markets including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series are detailed within the cricket betting section of the platform.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the 20bd platform. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface before a bet is placed. 20bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and for any market without prior notice. Adjustments to stake limits do not affect bets that have already been accepted and confirmed.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 20bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed to your nominated payment method following standard withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure should specify this when submitting their closure request. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by 20bd

20bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Failure to pass KYC identity or age verification within a required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a request from a responsible gaming authority.
• Any other reason that 20bd determines, acting reasonably, warrants account suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed by 20bd due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits not yet wagered — may be held pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is established, 20bd will not be obligated to return any funds and may report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to classifying an account as inactive, 20bd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered contact details. Inactive accounts with a positive balance will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 per month until the balance is reduced to zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 20bd support team at [email protected] will be subject to the dispute resolution process detailed in 20bd's full dispute policy, available on request. 20bd is committed to treating all players fairly and resolving complaints in a timely and transparent manner.
